本标准适用于以有效氯为主要杀菌成分的消毒剂，包括次氯酸钠、次氯酸钙、液氯、氯胺、二氯异氰脲酸钠、三氯异氰脲酸、氯化磷酸三钠、二氯海因、次氯酸等，但不包括以它们为杀菌成分之一复配的消毒剂。
