本标准规定了超高强钢热冲压工艺通用技术要求，包括热冲压件技术要求和热冲压工艺要求、试验方法、标志、质量合格证书、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于以厚度不大于4.0 mm、等厚度的无镀层钢板或有防氧化镀层钢板为原材料，采用特定热冲压方法（同时完成冲压成形与淬火处理）生产的零件。
本标准不适用于钢板不等强度热冲压和管材的热冲压。不等厚钢板热冲压件可参照此标准。
