全国无线电干扰标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 79)
本标准规定了直流供电设备的电磁兼容性(EMC)要求，包括设备的分级、测量条件、产品文件、适用性、发射和抗扰度要求、测量不确定度、发射测量的标准符合性、抗扰度试验性能判据等要求。
本标准适用于同时满足以下条件的直流供电设备:
a)〓具有3.1.5定义的直流电源端口；
b)额定电压最大值不超过1 500V DC。
如果没有相关的产品或产品类电磁兼容标准，则本标准适用。
本标准对所考虑的每种端口都规定了试验要求及对应测量/试验方法。
