本标准规定了充气式游乐设施的安全要求、材料、试验方法、铭牌和产品使用维保说明书、使用和管理。本标准适用于3周岁至14周岁儿童游乐用的充气式游乐设施。本标准不适用于水上充气式游乐设施、涉水充气式游乐设施、充气玩具、充气建筑物、橡皮艇，以及用于广告、展览、杂技表演、安全、救援、航空和航天等用途的充气设施。
