GB/T 37227的本部分规定了采用蓄能技术的空调制冷系统的相关术语、基本要求、绩效评价方法、测试与计算方法等，其中绩效评价从能源效率、经济性等方面开展。
本部分适用于以日为设计蓄放冷周期的各种形式的冰蓄冷和水蓄冷等蓄能空调系统，包括蓄冷和制冷冷水机组，蓄冷、放冷、制冷等过程中运行的蓄冷循环泵、放冷循环泵、供冷循环泵以及冷却泵和冷却塔风机等。不包含空调系统末端风机。
本标准暂不适用于风冷式制冷机组。
