本标准规定了氮化硅陶瓷粉体的分类、分级与标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。

本标准适用于以硅粉氮化法制备的氮含量不低于37%，最大粒径≤40 μm的氮化硅陶瓷粉体。其他制备工艺制备的产品可参照执行。
