本标准规定了溶液聚合型苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶(SSBR) ［简称“溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)”］的分类与牌号、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志和随行文件及包装、运输与贮存。
本标准适用于以丁二烯、苯乙烯为聚合单体，以烷基锂为引发剂，通过阴离子聚合得到的轮胎用SSBR 2557S、SSBR 2564S和非轮胎用SSBR 2003、SSBR 2000R。
