GB/T 37400的本部分规定了铸钢件的超声检测、射线检测、渗透检测和磁粉检测等无损检测方法、一般要求及其相应的质量等级。
本部分适用于：
——厚度≤600 mm经热处理的合金和非合金铁素体钢铸件的A型脉冲反射法超声检测。对于厚度＞600 mm的铸件，如果没有其他规定，也可参照执行；
——厚度≥5 mm铸钢件的射线检测；
——铁磁性铸钢件表面及近表面缺陷的磁粉检测；
——铸钢件表面开口性缺陷的渗透检测；
——缺陷挖补处的磁粉检测和渗透检测。
本部分不适用于奥氏体铸钢件的超声检测。
