本标准规定了使用GB/T 13611规定的城镇燃气的燃烧器和燃烧器具用自动和半自动阀(以下简称阀门)的术语和定义，分类和分组，结构和材料，要求，试验方法，检验规则，标志、安装和操作说明书，包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于最大进口压力不大于500 kPa，用于燃气热水器、燃气采暖热水炉、燃气燃烧器/机、燃气取暖器、燃气蒸箱、燃气锅炉等燃气燃烧器具或燃烧设备，以电磁、电动或以机械方式直接或间接操作启闭的常闭阀门。
本标准不适用于CJ/T 132规定的阀门。
