本标准规定了非核级核电冷却用铝合金挤压管材的要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存及质量证明书与订货单（或合同)内容等。
本标准适用于压水堆核电站常规岛的二回路及三回路系统管道中的辅助冷却水系统、闭式冷却水系统等非核级核电冷却用挤压无缝圆管（以下简称管材)。
