本标准规定了直埋式蝶阀(以下简称蝶阀)的结构形式、产品型号、材料、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于公称压力不大于PN25，公称尺寸DN200~DN3 000，工作温度为0 ℃~80 ℃，输送介质为非腐蚀性的液体或气体及低黏度的酸、碱、盐等腐蚀性的液体或气体的球墨铸铁壳体材质、直接埋覆在地下的蝶阀。
