本标准规定了文体用品及零部件中，对挥发性有机化合物(VOC)的限量要求、样品制(取)样规则、试验方法和仲裁规则。
<br/ 本标准适用于GB/T 4754-2017门类C(制造业)之C241和C244中的相关文体用品，如体育运动器材中的球类及器材、体操器材、田径器材、举重器材、水上(冰雪)运动器材、健身器材、射箭器材、击剑器材、武术器材、野营登山器材、钓具器材、运动防护用品、各类体育运动器材的零部件，以及橡塑文具、金属文具、学生文具、扑克牌、画材、纸品本册、办公文具等各类材质和各类用途的相关文具用品及其零部件。
本标准不适用于皮制、胶制、革制的可充气的运动用球，也不适用于乒乓球运动器材及零部件。
