GB/T 37751的本部分适用于带扁平快速连接端头的RCD，该端头由一个标称宽度6.3 mm、厚度0.8 mm的插入式连接片（见3.2）及与其配套的插套连接器组成，用于按制造商的说明书连接电气铜导线，额定电流小于或等于16 A。
本部分不能单独使用，需配合RCD产品标准（IEC 61008-1或IEC 61009-1）一起用于带扁平快速连接端头的RCD。
可连接的电气铜导线为截面积4 mm2及以下的软导线，或截面积2.5 mm2及以下的硬导线(AWG线规等于或大于12)。
本部分专门适用于插入式连接片作为整体部分的RCD。
