本标准规定了废塑料的破碎要求、清洗要求、干燥要求、分选要求、造粒和改性要求、资源综合利用及能耗要求、环境保护要求。
本标准适用于包括聚乙烯(PE)塑料、聚丙烯(PP)塑料、聚苯乙烯(PS)塑料、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)塑料、聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)塑料在内的废塑料再生利用过程。其他废塑料品种可参考本标准。
本标准不适用于列入国家危险废物名录的废塑料的再生利用。
