GB/T 38052的本部分规定了智能家用电器系统各组成部分之间互操作的参考模型、通用要求、基本流程和接口。
本部分适用于不同厂商的厂商服务平台、控制终端、智能家用电器、智能家电公共管理单元等通过网络连接智能家用电器行业服务平台，实现互联互通及互操作。
本部分也适用于单相器具额定电压不超过250 V,其他器具额定电压不超过480 V的智能家用和类似用途电器。
注： 本部分不涉及厂商平台和本厂商家电之间的互操作。
