本标准规定了化学滴定法定量分析石墨烯粉体材料表面含氧官能团含量的方法概要、试剂、仪器、测量步骤、结果计算与表示和测试报告。
本标准适用于石墨烯粉体材料的测定，石墨烯材料表面羧基、内酯基、酚羟基和羰基的的检测限分别为0.015 mmol/g、0.037 mmol/g、 0.014 mmol/g、0.072 mmol/g。
本标准不适用于磺化改性的石墨烯材料。其他炭材料的含氧官能团含量定量分析，可参考本标准进行。
