本标准适用于具有钢筋强化、调直、切断、弯曲、焊接、挤压、螺纹成型、镦粗等单项或多项功能的钢筋加工机械。包括以下钢筋加工机械：
——钢筋强化机械：
——钢筋调直机；
——钢筋切断机；
——钢筋弯曲机；
——钢筋螺纹成型机；
——钢筋笼成型机；
——钢筋网成型机；
——钢筋桁架成型机。
其他类型钢筋加工机械可参照本标准。
本标准不适用于钢筋预应力机械。
