本标准规定了捐赠用纺织品的术语和定义、产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、贮运和标志。

本标准适用于通过公益或其他机构接收的未使用过的和已使用过、经专业消毒处理维护后可再使用的捐赠用纺织产品。

本标准不适用于捐赠用婴幼儿纺织产品。
