本标准适用于中国仓鼠卵巢细胞(CHO)、小鼠骨髓瘤细胞(NSO、SP2/0)、非洲绿猴肾细胞(Vero)、乳仓鼠肾细胞(BHK-21)、犬肾表皮细胞(MDCK)、猪睾丸细胞(ST)规模培养过程中生化参数的检测，其他真核细胞规模培养过程中生化参数的检测也可参考使用。
