全国生物样本标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC 559)
本标准规定了人类生物样本（以下简称“样本”），包括含有人体基因组、基因等遗传物质的器官、组织、细胞等采集、收集、保存、分发、使用等事项的伦理规范，以及与这些样本相关数据的伦理要求。
本标准适用于利用人类生物样本开展的临床试验、临床药物开发试验及国际国内科研合作。
本标准不适用于以临床诊疗、器官移植、侦查犯罪、法医鉴定、采供血服务、兴奋剂检测和殡葬等为目的的样本相关活动。
