本标准适用于整鞋和鞋底。
本标准不适用于跟高大于70 mm，或鞋底屈挠部位厚度大于25 mm，或刚性按GB/T 20991—2007中8.4.1的规定测试后弯折角度小于45°的整鞋或鞋底。
