本标准规定了室内和类似场合普通照明用有机发光二极管(OLED)光片和面板的安全要求。
本标准适用于不超过120 V直流电源或不超过50 V频率为50 Hz或60 Hz交流电源供电的OLED光片和面板。
注1： 现阶段只提供了直流供电OLED面板的试验方法，交流供电OLED面板的相应条款在考虑中。
注2： OLED光片和面板的结构如附录A所示。
注3： 包含OLED面板或模块的OLED照明系统如附录D所示。
