本标准规定了消费品塑胶材料中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯(BBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DNOP)、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)和邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)6种邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂(以下简称6种增塑剂，详见附录A)的快速筛选检测方法，包括液膜法和固体进样法。
本标准适用于含聚氯乙烯材料的消费品中6种增塑剂的快速筛选。液膜法适用于增塑剂的定性半定量分析，固体进样法适用于对准确度不做严格要求的增塑剂的快速检测。
