本标准规定了自应力混凝土管(代号SCP，简称“管子”)产品的术语和定义、等级和标记、原材料、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、堆放、运输与出厂等内容。
本标准适用于公称内径为100 mm～800 mm，工作压力为0.2 MPa～0.8 MPa，其接头采用圆形截面橡胶圈密封的承插式自应力混凝土输水或排水用管。
