本标准规定了太阳能集热器(以下简称集热器)稳态和动态热性能的试验方法及计算程序。
本标准适用于利用太阳辐射加热、有透明盖板、传热工质为液体的平板型太阳能集热器（以下简称平板型集热器），以及传热工质为液体的非聚光型全玻璃真空管型太阳能集热器、玻璃金属结构真空管型太阳能集热器和热管式真空管型太阳能集热器（以下简称真空管型集热器）。
本标准不适用于储热器与集热器为一体的储热式太阳能集热器，也不适用于无透明盖板的和跟踪聚焦的太阳能集热器。
