永久或临时安装于无气候防护场所固定使用的产品，安装场所包括冲击地和近海。用于车辆上和车辆内的产品除外。
本部分规定了仅限于直接影响产品性能的环境条件。只有这一类的环境条件才予考虑。而不描述这些环境条件对产品的影响。
由着火、爆炸和离子辐射造成的环境条件不予考虑，其他意外的偶然事故也不予考虑。在特殊情况下，应考虑这些因素发生的几率。
不包括产品内部的微气候。
