本部分规定了颜料水萃取液电阻率（比电阻）测定的通用试验方法。
本方法适用于所有的颜料和体质颜料（明显溶于水的颜料除外）。
必须指出，颜料水萃取液电阻率作为颜料的一种性质，它与水溶物的数量无关，如经商定可以采用冷萃取法，但需要在报告中注明。
测定的标准温度为23℃，经有关方面协商也可使用不同的温度，但必须考虑温度差异并作出必要的校正。
