本标准规定了涤纶（棉型短纤维）与棉混纺，涤纶混用比例在50%及以上的精梳涤棉混纺本色纱线产品分类、标识、要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装。
本标准适用于鉴定环锭机制精梳涤棉混纺本色纱线（包括机织用纱和针织用纱）的品质。
本标准不适用于鉴定特种用途的精梳涤棉混纺本色纱线的品质。
