本标准规定了指针式石英手表（以下简称“手表”)的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输、贮存。
本标准适用于具有石英谐振器、标称工作电压为DC1.5 V的手表。其他标称值电压的手表可参照使用，手表机心和其他采用该类机心的计时装置亦可参照使用。
