本标准规定了工作气压为0.7 MPa～0.8 MPa的带有高弹性橡胶弹性环的气动双锥体干式摩擦离合器（以下简称“LT离合器”）的产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志、包装和贮存等。
本标准适用于连接同轴线主、从动轴，具有一定补偿相对偏移和减振缓冲性能的船用、陆用动力装置所用离合器的设计、制造和验收。
