本标准规定了用纳氏试剂比色法和水杨酸次氯酸盐比色法测定微量无机氮化合物总量的通用方法。本标准适用于化学试剂中微量无机氮化合物(包括硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐及铵盐)总量的测定。纳氏试剂目视比色法和分光光度法的检测范围为0.05 μg/mL～0.8 μg/mL(以N计)；水杨酸次氯酸盐目视比色法和分光光度法的检测范围为0.04 μg/mL～1 μg/mL(以N计)。
