GB/T 6109的本部分规定了以芳族聚酰亚胺树脂为基的单一漆层240级漆包铜圆线的要求。
240级表示热级，它要求最小温度指数为240，热冲击温度至少为260℃。
对应于温度指数的摄氏温度并不就是推荐的漆包线使用温度，因为这取决于包括所用设备类型在内的很多因素。
本部分规定的导体标称直径范围为：
——1级：0.020 mm及以上2.000 mm及以下;
——2级：0.020 mm及以上5.000 mm及以下。
导体标称直径按GB/T 6109.1—2008中第4章的规定。
