本标准规定了带电作业用屏蔽服装分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则以及标志和包装。
本标准适用于在交流110（66） kV～750 kV、直流±500 kV及以下电压等级的电气设备上进行带电作业时，作业人员所穿戴的屏蔽服装。整套屏蔽服装包括上衣、裤子、手套、短袜、鞋子和面罩。
