本标准规定了电烙铁和热风枪的分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志与说明、包装、运输和贮存。

本标准适用于单相交流或直流额定电压不大于250 V，额定输入功率不大于500 W的电烙铁和额定输入功率不大于2 000 W的热风枪。

注:电烙铁型号命名、规格及结构参数参照附录A。
