本标准规定了民用机场内使用的以钨丝灯、LED为光源，电源电压不超过1000 V的灯具一般要求。
本标准适用于为飞机滑行、起飞或进近着陆提供灯光引导信号的助航灯具（以下简称灯具）。
本标准不适用于民用机场内的高杆照明灯具、投光灯具和停靠引导灯具。本标准不适用于直升机场用灯具。
本标准应与GB 7000.1及具体产品标准一起使用。
