本标准规定了球笼式同步万向联轴器（以下简称联轴器）的结构型式、尺寸和基本参数，标记，技术要求，检验规则，标志、包装与贮存。
本标准适用于具有同步性要求的传动轴系。传递公称转矩为180 N·m～560 000 N·m，许用最大轴倾角为14°～18°。
