本标准适用于以平纹布或斜纹布为底基，在聚氯乙烯树脂中加入增塑剂和其他添加剂经压延或涂覆等方法而制成的聚氯乙烯人造革。
本标准不适用于针织布基聚氯乙烯人造革。
