GB/T 9279的本部分规定了一种在规定条件下用加载规定负荷的划针来测定色漆、清漆或相关产品的单一涂层或复合涂层体系耐划针划痕的性能的试验方法。划针要划透至底材，但是复合涂层体系的情况例外，在这种情况下，划针可以划透至底材，也可以划透至中间涂层。本试验方法可按如下要求进行：--作为“通过/不通过”试验，即在划针上施加一种规定的负荷进行试验来评定是否符合特定规范的要求；--通过对划针逐步增加负荷来测定涂层被划透时的最小负荷。
