GB/T 9326的本部分适用于径向电场、纸或聚丙烯复合纸绝缘金属套充油电缆及其附件的试验。电缆及其附件运行时最小静压力为20 kPa～300 kPa，最大静压力不大于800 kPa，最小瞬时压力不小于20 kPa（所述压力为表压，高于大气压力的值）。
除3.2、4.5和5.2可经买方和制造厂协议适当修改外，本部分亦适用于最大静压力超过800 kPa的电缆及附件。
这些试验适用于在标称相间电压不超过500 kV系统中使用的电缆及附件。
对于大长度电缆，本部分经买方和制造方协议适用。
