本标准规定了尿素装置中尿素合成塔的要求、水压试验和渗漏试验、不锈钢的酸洗钝化、油漆、包装、运输、标志及出厂技术文件。

本标准适用于设计压力不大于21.6 MPa、设计温度不大于200 ℃的尿素级超低碳奥氏体不锈钢（以下简称不锈钢)衬里尿素合成塔。
