本标准规定了冷却塔节能用水轮机设计、制造、安装、检验验收等的技术要求。本标准适用于开式机械通风冷却塔中单机流量0.056 m3/s～1.67 m3/s （200 m3/h～6 000 m3/h），与风机直联或通过减速机构连接的内置混流式或外置轴伸贯流式水轮机。单机流量小于0.056 m3/s(200 m3/h)的机组可参照执行。
