Scope of Application：
本标准规定了三个独立的与血管支架有关的循环形变耐久性测试：轴向、弯曲和扭转。这三种测试均模拟了非径向动脉运动对支架耐久性的影响，这些运动可能源于肌肉骨骼活动，包括行走和呼吸，以及心脏运动。
本标准适用于金属或合金制造的球囊扩张式和自扩张式支架，包括涂层支架（例如，带有添加材料表层的支架）、单聚合物支架或可吸收支架，以及治疗动脉瘤疾病、外周血管损伤，或者提供血管通路的血管内假体（覆膜支架），并且本标准适用于上述支架（或是支架的一个代表部分）的测试。
本标准不适用于替代品的测试，尽管替代品（例如按比例放大的部分支架结构）的耐久性测试可以提供有用的信息。
注1：本标准不涉及平板、局部挤压耐久性或多模式测试。本标准虽然不包括多模式测试，但是文中所述信息可以帮助建立多模式测试。
注2：用于治疗动脉瘤疾病、外周血管损伤，或者提供血管通路的其他管状产品可参考本标准。
注3：本标准不提供血管支架的体内生理形变条件。在这些耐久性试验中，开发和证明这些边界条件的合理性（例如文献研究、体内研究、尸体研究或支架血管相互作用的建模）是标准使用者的职责。除此之外可能需要考虑的条件包括血管钙化、血管锥度、偏心性病变、加载偏移（如运动）和血管重塑。
