本文件描述了质子交换膜电解槽(以下简称“PEM电解槽”)的基本检查、基础测试、性能测试方法，规定了测试报告的要求。
本文件适用于额定产氢压力小于或等于10 MPa，单槽额定产氢量1 m3/h~500 m3/h的PEM电解槽的检验检测。额定产氢压力大于10 MPa的PEM电解槽、额定产氢量小于1 m3/h或者大于500 m3/h的PEM电解槽参照执行。
注：除特别说明外，压力均指表压力。本文件中标准状态为温度0 ℃，压力101.325 kPa(绝对压力)，本文件中氢气和氧气的体积指标准状态下的体积。
