本文件规定了安装有夹头用带柄磨头、锉刀、小型钢丝刷以及其他安装在柄上的附件进行磨削和表面成形处理以及倒角的手持式非电类动力工具（以下称为“模具用砂轮机”）的安全要求。模具用砂轮机
可以由压缩空气、液压油或内燃机驱动，在使用或不使用悬挂装置（例如平衡装置）的情况下，供一名操作者在单手或双手扶持下使用。
注1： 本文件出版时，尚无获悉有内燃驱动的模具用砂轮机。一旦确认存在这类动力工具，将对本文件进行修订，将其纳入。
