Scope of Application：
本文件描述了按照ISO 5817:2014描述的B级和C级焊缝质量要求，对铁素体全熔透焊接接头进行超声检测的两个验收等级2级（AL 2）和3级（AL 3）。按照ISO 5817:2014描述的D级焊缝质量要求的焊缝通常不要求进行超声检测，因此本文件中不包括D级焊缝质量要求相对应的超声检测验收等级。本文件规定的验收等级适用于按照ISO 17640实施的超声检测。本文件适用于厚度为8 mm～100 mm的铁素体全熔透焊缝超声检测。如果在充分考虑工件的几何形状和声学性能的情况下，能按照本文件验收等级规定的检测灵敏度进行检测，本文件也适用于其他类型、其他材质和厚度的焊缝。除非材质衰减或较高探头分辨力要求规定使用其他频率的探头，本文件使用的探头标称频率为2 MHz～5 MHz。使用不在此频率范围的探头检测时，仔细考虑验收等级的相关性。
