本标准规定了以锂离子电池为动力源的手持式链锯（以下简称“锂电链锯”)的术语和定义、型号编制方法、基本参数、技术要求及试验方法、标志、使用说明书、包装、运输、贮存和处理。本标准适用于在一般环境条件下，以标称电压不大于直流75 V可充电锂离子电池包（电池组)供电的、由单人操作对树枝、木材及类似材料进行锯切作业的手持式链锯。本标准不适用于：--单手操作和/或在树上等高处作业环境中使用的锂电链锯；--以使用者自行安装的通用电池包或电池组为动力源的手持式链锯；--其他非锂离子电池为动力源的手持式电链锯。
