Scope of Application：
本文件规定了压水堆核电厂用1、2、3级不锈钢螺母(以下简称1、2、3级不锈钢螺母)的技术要求、在室温(10 ℃~35 ℃)下的试验方法和标志与包装。
注1： 产品尺寸按相应产品标准或图纸规定。
本文件适用于1、2、3级不锈钢螺母：
a) 由奥氏体不锈钢(固溶状态)、马氏体不锈钢或沉淀硬化不锈钢制造的；
b) 符合GB/T 192和GB/T 196规定的普通螺纹；
c) 粗牙螺纹M5~M64，细牙螺纹M8×1~M64×4；
d) 符合GB/T 197、GB/T 9145规定的公差；
e) 符合GB/T 193规定的直径与螺距组合；
f) 任何形状的。
本文件未规定以下性能要求：
——有效力矩型螺母锁紧性能(见GB/T 3098.9)；
——可焊接性。
其他堆型核电厂用1、2、3级不锈钢螺母也可参考使用本文件。
注2： 按本文件生产的紧固件适用的最高使用温度为370 ℃。当使用温度超过370 ℃，建议使用者向有关方面专家咨询。
