本标准规定了全钒液流电池系统（以下简称电池系统）的安全性能要求，以保证电池系统在正常使用以及合理的、可合理预见到的误使用情况下安全工作。本标准适用于无危害（未划分类别）的室内或室外区域使用的电池系统。本标准规定的危害情况仅限于可能对人身造成的伤害或可能对电池系统之外造成的破坏。本标准规定的危害情况不包括对电池系统本体的危害。
