本文件适用于硅单晶电阻率的测试，其中直排四探针法可测试的p型硅单晶电阻率范围为7×10-4 Ω·cm～8×103 Ω·cm，n型硅单晶电阻率范围为7×10-4 Ω·cm～1.5×104 Ω·cm；直流两探针法适用于测试截面积均匀的圆形、方形或矩形硅单晶的电阻率，测试范围为1×10-3 Ω·cm～1×104 Ω·cm，样品长度与截面最大尺寸之比不小于3:1。硅单晶其他范围电阻率的测试可参照本文件进行。
