Scope of Application：
本文件描述了长材采用线激光轮廓测量方法进行视觉检测的基本原理，规定了视觉检测方法的通用要求、检测程序、检测记录和检测报告。
本文件适用于直径不小于12 mm,银亮、黑皮、砂剥表面状态的金属棒材、管材、线材长材类产品的外表面开口缺欠、凹坑及变形的视觉检测。其他截面形状的长材参照执行。
注：线激光轮廓测量方法是通过发射激光束并接收物体表面反射的光线，获取物体表面的三维轮廓信息，并利用图像和点云处理技术对物体的尺寸、形位公差及表面缺欠进行高精度测量的方法。
